While a beautifully staged interior photographs are seductive, it is usually far from reality.The house Merri is not afraid to reveal the mess associated with fun because this is the house designed to be “lived in” not “lived by” or “live for”.

On New Year’s Eve, friends from far and near gathered to share the special moment of counting down towards the New Year.  Foods of all shapes and forms were brought in all sorts of containers, spread on counters everywhere, some spilling out on the porch; we call it the fridge annex. People perched alongside kitchen counters, sitting at the dining table, snoozing on couches, others playing ping pong or darts down stairs… all thinking “Is it that time, yet?”.
